Information We Collect

We collect account details (name, email, company), video assets, billing identifiers, and usage analytics in order to generate flights, personalize branding, and maintain accurate usage records. We never store your payment card details—all payments are processed by Stripe.

How We Use Your Data

Data is used to provide the product (AI flight generation, storage, and sharing), to send service emails (video ready alerts, billing notices), and to monitor platform performance. We may aggregate anonymized metrics to improve the product, but we do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Storage & Security

Videos and brand assets are stored on secure cloud infrastructure; account data is stored in encrypted databases. We use HTTPS, authentication tokens, and access controls to keep data secure. You can delete your content at any time from the dashboard and request account deletion by contacting support@reeltour.co.

Your Choices

You can update profile, branding, and notification preferences in Settings. To opt out of marketing emails, toggle the preference in-app or use the unsubscribe link provided. For data export or deletion requests, email privacy@reeltour.co and we will respond within 30 days.
