You must provide accurate registration details and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share login credentials or use Reeltour in violation of applicable laws or MLS policies.

Use of Generated Content

You retain ownership of the property images you upload and the generated videos. By uploading assets, you confirm you have the necessary rights. Reeltour may host and process generated flights to deliver the service and showcase product capabilities (with your consent).

Plans & Billing

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed via Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Usage-based charges (flight credits) are measured per generated video. Downgrading or cancelling will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or infringing material, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform performance. We may suspend access for violations.

Liability

Reeltour is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Certain jurisdictions may grant additional rights which remain in effect.
